I am interested in just learning meditation only. Should I enrol for this workshop or a separate one?
Based on our experience, we have observed that because of lifestyle habits and lack of exercise, body is stiff and blood circulation is not proper. From a wholeness of health, basic pranayama with stretches has to be done before meditation. Pranayama will help to bring in focus. Focus is the first step to meditation. Stretches and asanas help in gaining flexibility there by improving blood circulation.
