Kids
To make learning interesting, Children will be taught YOGA using objects, stories and with dance and music.
Though we follow the fun way of learning, the essence of asana stretches would be focused, and children will start getting into the learning process with more involvement and interest.
There will be homework activities to educate the kids on the theoretical aspect of YOGA also.
Adults
Every session will focus on Pranayama(Breathing practices), Warm up stretches ( relieves stiffness in the body) and Asanas with breath focus (Each asana caters to a specific physiological part in our body and benefits it) and Meditation (Improves concentration and mental calmness).
There will be a 2-3 day(s) gap between each class to practice the lessons and become familiar.
After every session, lessons will be shared in WhatsApp/mail for practice.
Senior Citizens
Senior Citizens Yoga – 5-Day workshop will focus on Pranayama(Breathing practices), Warm up stretches ( Improve blood circulation) and Asanas with breath focus (Each asana caters to a specific physiological part in our body and benefits it) and Meditation (Improves sleep quality and mental calmness).
The course is customized according to the health condition of every individual student. Focus will be given to pertaining health issues and warm up exercises will be suggested accordingly.
Lessons and Videos will be shared in WhatsApp/mail for practice. Daily practice notes will be handed over at the end of the workshop.
Ante natal

Course will be customized according to your health condition and the trimester you are in. Lessons will be shared after each session for your practice. There are two options for attending prenatal sessions
- You can opt for a two days a week course , with a gap of 2-3 days between each session. This gap will help you practice the lessons of the previous session
- You can opt for a selective number of classes in a trimester. Rest of the days, you can continue to practice everyday with the lessons shared.
For third trimester, if you had chosen option b) there will be two sets of session, one set of sessions during 7th month and one set of sessions during 9th month.
Post-natal

Course will be customised according to your health condition.
Every session will focus on Pranayama (Breathing practices), Warm up stretches ( relieves stiffness in the body) and Asanas with breath focus according to your requirement.
