About Strength Training
Program that improves muscle strength and tone – to protect your joints from injury. Maintaining flexibility and balance, which can help you remain independent as you age. Weight management and increased muscle-to-fat ratio – as you gain muscle, your body burns more kilojoules when at rest.
A strength exercise is any activity that makes your muscles work harder than usual. This increases your muscles’ strength, size, power and endurance. The activities involve using your body weight or working against a resistance. You should try to do 2 sessions or more of muscle strengthening exercises a week.

About The Trainer
Hemamalini. N is Certified Personal Trainer by Sparkle Academy.
She has around 4 years of experience in Fitness field. Worked with Slam(PLAY) and Iron Tribe Gym as a personal trainer. She has also having freelancer experience of 1.5 years. She also a Certified Fitness Nutritionist and trained Hooponopono healer(Mindfulness).
Hemamalini. N is a graduate in B.com. from Madras University. Before starting as a personal trainer she was working with various IT firms in Finance sector. I feel very grateful in serving people by transforming themselves in fitness physically as well as mentally.
