Yoga should be part of the daily routine, whether its adults or children. Best time to start yoga is early in your childhood.
Health Focus came up with an amazing idea of making Yoga as part of Child’s routine….its the SUMMER PRACTISE CHALLENGE.
May – Month of vacation for children batch – still children participated and gave their best to be consistent.
My sincere thanks to parents who encourage them to practise everyday and post in the group. Greatest challenge is ahead- to maintain the practise going forward. I am sure they will definitely do it.
Before announcing the winners,
Special mention to Tanishka who started the culture of practise as an early bird and though on vacation abroad, she still practiced consistently.
Venba, sticking to superstar dialogue “late aa vandhalum latest aa varuven” , though she joined little later, she caught up with others on practising and perfecting asanas.
Varunavi – She joined us a year ago, but she is very sincere and groomed herself very well with the lessons taught. Not only in class, but also during break, she was sincere and consistent.
Other contestants Mukund, Sanjith,Anusha , Aaradhana, Naren also needs a mention for being part of the practise. I wish they will join for a tough competition next time.
It was a very very less margin between winner and runners up. But we have to appreciate even a day difference and award them…here u go
Winner is VARUNAVI.
.
Followed very closely by VENBA, with just one day difference.

And by our early bird TANISHKA.

Congratulations VARUNAVI,VENBA and TANISHKA !!!!
